EFRON Composites (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. is an excellent provider of sealing materials and electric heating film/sheet products and solutions; EFRON is part of JONYOHTO Group.


JONYOHTO Group is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of electrically heated film/sheet and metal skeleton composite sealing coil. The company focuses on service areas: new energy automotive power battery, energy storage, medical equipment and daily appliances heating, automotive, diesel engine, motorcycle, compressor and other cavity sealing materials.


The group has passed IATF16949 automotive quality management system and ISO14000/9000 certification. The company has established school-enterprise cooperation with East China University of Science and Technology, South China University, Guangdong University of Technology and other domestic institutions of higher learning, contracted a team of 6 professors and doctors, and employed 3 visiting professors from universities, with 3 independent invention patents and more than 30 utility model invention patents. Among them, the first domestic electric heating film chip die-cutting process to break the industry's traditional non-environmental process problems, and then on the basis of this integrated online AOI detection and MES traceability system, further in the new energy vehicle power battery heating film safety and environmental protection in the field of leading, at the same time to improve production, energy saving and cost reduction has significant results.


After years of scientific research and development and practice, the company has the first domestic production line of metal skeleton composite sealed foam sheet coil with independent intellectual property rights in China, and the product quality is comparable to the world's leading brands and is exported to all over the world with favorable prices.

Sealing Materials Business Group

We have developed the first fully automatic production line of metal skeleton composite foam board in China, and the foam rubber coated metal coil produced is the first of its kind in China. The product mainly replaces the current non-environmental sealing materials (asbestos, asbestos-free, asbestos latex sheets , etc.) and is widely used in diesel engines,aotumotive, motorcycles, compressors and other sealing parts. 

Electric Heating Film Business Group

Professional R & D, production and sales of PI heating film, silicone heating film, epoxy plate heating film, the series of products are widely used in new energy vehicles, aerospace, high-speed rail vehicles, medical equipment and other fields. At present, we mainly focus on the domestic new energy power battery and vehicle supporting services, independently developed heating film equipment, production process in the domestic leading position, MES system to achieve heating film production test data traceability, data, image information storage for more than six years.

PAt present, the company has 14 new high-standard environmental protection die-cutting lines and 12 complete heating film assembly lines, and the daily output of all kinds of heating film/sheets can reach more than 50,000 sets.
